    Dog Boarding: $25 per night per dog. House Sitting: $30 per night per pet. Drop-In Visits: $15 per visit per pet. 30-minute check-ins. Doggy Daycare: $25 a day per dog Walking: $15 per walk per dog. 30-minute walks.
  • What are your holiday rates?
    Dog Boarding: $28 per night for one dog. Any additional dog is the regular price of $25 per night. House Sitting: $33 per night for one pet. Any additional pet is the regular price of $30 per night. Drop-In Visits: $18 per visit for one pet. Any additional pet is the regular price of $15 per visit. 30-minute check-ins. (Pet.)   • When do your holiday rates apply?
    Stays that include any of the following dates will be priced at the holiday rate: May 27-30, 2022, Jul 3-5, 2022, Sep 2-5, 2022, Nov 24-27, 2022, and Dec 23, 2022 - Jan 1, 2023.
  • When is my payment due?
    Payment in full is due before the stay begins. Bookings are tenative until paid for.
  • What are your payment methods?
    I accept payment through the site, credit and debit in person, Cash App, payment through Messenger, or cash. I will not accept checks or PayPal.
  • How do I pay with my selected payment method? (Pay online and other methods)
    Payment through the site: Use the link provided to you in your confirmation email. Credit and debit: In person with Square. You can utilize the "payments" feature to send your payment.   • What is your cancellation policy?
    You'll get a full refund if you cancel by 12:00 noon one week before the stay begins. If you cancel after 12:00 noon one week before the stay begins, you'll get a 50% refund for the first 7 canceled days. Read more in "Terms and Conditions" 9.3 Late Fees and Additional Charges.
  • I've never used a pet sitter before what should I expect?
    When you contact me, I will need to know the date you will drop your pets(s) off and when you will pick your pet(s) up. I will need a rough guesstimate of when drop-off and pick up times will be. Please also provide a brief description of your pet(s) breed, age, habits, and temperament. If you have a change of plans please update me. I will also need an up to date copy of your pets shot records prior to any booking. (Pet boarding, Pet day care, dog walking.) For house sitting, drop-in visits, dog and walking I will need to know the dates you require my services, when I should arrive on the first day of the booking and when I should leave on the last day of the booking. We will also need to arrange how and when I can pick up house keys or where I can locate them outside of the residence. Although it is not required, I offer a complimentary 30-minute meet n greet. Please schedule your meet n greet at least 2 days in advance.
  • What environment will my dog(s) be in?
    I live in a single story home and have a large fenced in backyard. I do not crate dogs unless you, the owner, provide one. This is a non-smoking household. I have three dogs of my own. If your dog(s) is not good with other dogs then I can easily arrange to keep them separated.
  • What should I expect during a home visitor stay?
    Any service provided at your home residence will strictly be me (Kate) visiting. No family or friends will be brought to a visit. I will not answer your phones or door during my stay unless instructed to do so. Your privacy also extends to pictures of videos I may take. The focus is to be on the pet, not the surrounding area. Any picture or video posted on social media will have no personal information attached such as your name or address. If you do not want any photos or videos of your dog(s) posted on social media, please inform me by text.
  • What animals do you care for?
    I mostly care for dogs but I will care for almost any animal; cats, birds, rodents, reptials, chickens, horses, pigs, etc. I will not watch exotic or inherently dangerous pets such as venomous snakes or constrictors, primates, wolves or wolf hybrids, non-domesticated cats, alligators, pets with separation anxiety, or any animal with a history of attacks on pets or people.   • What happens in case of an emergency?
    It is recommended that Pet Owners give The Chew Chew Station contact information where they can be reached in the event medical care for a pet becomes necessary. Pet owners will be immediately contacted in the event such care becomes necessary. The Chew Chew Station is authorized to obtain and authorize the provision of veterinary care for your pet if you cannot be reached to authorize care yourself in an emergency situation. In such a case, you also authorize your pet’s veterinarian(s) to release your pet’s veterinary records to The Chew Chew Station. Read more in "Terms and Conditions" Emergencies 2.3.
